How Long Will We Keep Your Information For?

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. We may therefore need to retain Personal Identifiable Information for a period of up to six years after you cease being the tenant of one of our properties, this being the limit imposed within the Limitation Act 1980.

We continually review this retention period to ensure we process your personal data within the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Who Has Access To Your Data?

We do not sell personal data to any third party.

We do not share personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Once we receive your information, we use our best efforts to ensure its security. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Jupix system, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Certain personal information held by us may be transferred across geographical borders in accordance with applicable law, or where you have provided contact and/or correspondence details outside of the UK.

By providing us with your information, you consent to the collection, international transfer, storage, and processing of your information. What Are Your Rights?

Albanwise Ltd aims to take all reasonable steps to allow you to amend, delete, correct, or limit the use of your personal data.

Albanwise Ltd is obliged to provide a response to your request within one month of receipt of the request. Where requests are complex or we are dealing with numerous requests we may extend this for a further two months, but you will be notified in these circumstances within one month of receipt of your request.

Privacy of Children

We do not knowingly process personal data relating to anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that we may hold personal data on your children please contact us. We will take necessary steps regarding this data once notified.

Special Category Data

We do not knowingly process any special category data, details of which are listed below. Special category data is more sensitive and so needs more stringent protection. Special category data include, but is not limited to, information about an individual’s race, ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetics, biometrics (where used for ID purposes), health, sex life or sexual orientation.

We will take necessary steps to stop processing this data once notified.
